Thank you for shopping with 1ère Avenue! We hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase. All of our items items are exchangeable. We also offer online credits valid for a period of 1 year. Unfortunately, in order to provide you with the biggest selection of Joseph Ribkoff available online, we are unable to issue refunds.

United states returns:

Please scroll to the bottom of our website and click on "Returns". Follow the instructions in order to print a return label directly from your computer. Contact DHL for a pick-up!

Alternative option: Ship the package via the post office. Follow the international return instructions shown below.

All packages shipped by any other shipping company will be refused.

Canada + international returns:

Before returning any items for exchange, contact us through email. Our friendly staff will provide an exchange authorization number, which MUST be noted on the outside of the parcel you ship to us. To expedite exchanges and ensure your satisfaction, we are unable to accept any unauthorized exchanges; including the exchange authorization on the parcel exterior ensures prompt processing. All returns without an authorization must be refused.

Inside of the parcel please include the item you are returning (in unwashed, unworn condition with all tags still attached), the style number and size of the item you want to receive in exchange, and your full name and email address. This will allow us to process your exchange quickly.

All exchanges must be sent via the post office and NOT a private company. Customers must write: "Return of canadian merchandise" on the parcel and on the customs declaration form provided by the post office. This helps to ensure that your parcel will avoid delays and extra fees as it passes through customs.

Item Availability

Despite our continuing efforts in adjusting the website merchandise with our stock, there will occasionally be some items that appear on the website that are out of stock. If this occurs, a member of our team will immediately contact the client via email. The client will then have the option to get a refund.The merchandise available at 1ereavenue.com is subject to change.

Price Match Guarantee

- Both items must be identical. Same brand and same color.
- All applicable taxes must be added to the product prior to comparing pricing.
- The item must not be defective.
- The customer must prove the item is discounted by providing us with a website URL or specific boutique information such as their address and phone number.
- We do not price match stores that do not list or answer a contact phone number, that do not list a business address, or that list nearly all items as discounted.
- We do not match any clearance items. A clearance item is considered discounted 30% or more. This can be due to end of season merchandise or closeout sales.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards as well as echeck payments. When an order is placed on our website, your financial information is never shared with the merchant. The system we use (PayPal) helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

Sales Tax

Only Canadian orders are subject to a sales tax. Please consult our FAQ page for a tax chart.

Shipping

Shipping and handling is free for the majority of countries. 1ere Avenue reserves the right to charge a shipping fee for certain areas and/or countries.
